Your new company
This service provider has a contract managing the prisons across Yorkshire. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the client relationship and all contractors on the supply list.
Your new role
You will be managing multiple prisons, overseeing contractors carrying out maintenance works, liaising with Governors, analysing budgets and tendering works. This role focuses heavily on the customer relationship, ensuring stakeholders are kept up to date and you provide sound technical advice regarding any works. You will manage a team of PM's, monitoring their KPI's and chasing any updates as required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have completed a Project Management or similar degree, perhaps with CIOB membership. You will have excellent property knowledge, particularly with commercial or public buildings. You will have previous experience managing client relationships, reporting to multiple stakeholders and building more efficient lines of communication.
