Interim Senior Commercial Manager

Interim position for a senior commercial manager with a housing association in Manchester.

Your new company
A Manchester based housing association that has recently secured a significant development and are now in a position to deliver 20k homes across Greater Manchester.

Your new role
In this role you will identify and secure new investment opportunities. You will deliver tenders, make sure projects get delivered within budget and will be present at both pre and post contract stage.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified in quantity surveying or project management with similar experience working for a housing association or a residential property developer.

What you'll get in return
This is a 10 month interim contract to cover maternity leave although there is scope for progression and the organisation offering you a permanent opportunity.
