Permanent opportunity for a registered valuer with a firm of chartered surveyors in Manchester.

Your new company
A firm of chartered surveyors based in Manchester now looking to grow their team further. They have a secure pipeline of work and are now especially busy with pre-purchase surveys across residential properties.

Your new role
In this role you will be delivering pre-purchase surveys across residential properties across the North West.. You will be working in a team of 7 surveyors covering the work in your local area, looking at building defects and pathology.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to be a part of strategic growth and development of a national consultancy.

What you'll need to succeed
An MRICS registered valuer or at least an Associate RICS looking to work in the residential sector. If you have worked for a housing association or in a similar setting for a consultancy I would love to hear from you.
