Disrepair Surveyor

Permanent opportunity for a disrepair surveyor to work with a Housing Association.

Your new company
A North West based housing association currently looking for a disrepair surveyor to look after housing stock in the North West.

Your new role
You will look after properties across the North West to deliver section 11 scott schedules, monitor the repairs and deliver post inspections of disrepair. On daily basis you will book inspections with the tenants, deliver the survey and report back on the work that needs to be completed. Once the work has been delivered you will need to deliver post inspections.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience producing section 11 scott schedules for disrepair and will have excellent knowledge of building pathology and defects.
You will be trusted to manage your own time so you will need to display excellent organisation skills.
Ideally you will be RICS/ CIOB chartered surveyor.

What you'll get in return
As well as competitive salary you will be paid mileage at 0.45 pence per mile. You will be offered flexible/ agile working and have opportunity to progress and manage a team.
