A leading development consultancy specialising in planning, design, environment, economics and heritage. They have multiple UK offices, however believe is creating a family orientated environment within each office and it is ran like a smaller local business with group support when required.
As An Architect you will be coordinating with planning authorities, building control, in-house design teams, external and contractors.
You will run projects from conception to completion, be able to work on multiple projects at once and have managerial experience to drive teams to achieve the best quality projects within budget and deadlines.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of running projects from conception to completion, using technical skills to ensure that each stage of the project is to the highest quality. You will have understanding of contemporary urban design best practice and placemaking, ability to produce excellent written and visual reports and knowledge of planning procedures across local authorities.
You will also have excellent communication skills especially face to face, significant management skills and ability to work with multiple projects at once across the residential sector.
You will have strong software skills especially in AutoCAD, Vectorworks, Adobe Suite and SketchUp.
