Senior Chartered Project Manager

Permanent position for senior or associate project manager with background in building surveying in Manchester

Your new company
This is a global multi-disciplinary consultancy working across a range of projects. They currently have had an influx of residential projects but generally work across, commercial, healthcare, industrial, education and retail sectors.

Your new role
You will be working on residential and public sector projects ranging in value from £5 - £10 million. You will have the opportunity to work on both refurbishment and new built projects across the North West. In this role you will perform full contract administration, deliver the design and specification and advise on maintenance matters.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will need to be degree qualified in building surveying with an MRICS status and few years post qualification experience.
