A Commercial Operations Management opportunity has opened up with a FTSE 100 Real Estate Investment Trust, assisting the Centre Management team across a mixed portfolio of assets in Ealing Broadway. The role will take responsibility for a shopping centre, offices and a car park, whilst supporting and advising on all operational matters.

Responsibilities:

- Provide support and advice to the Centre Director and Operations Team, making recommendations on all operational policies, guidelines and training requirements
- Set up and manage service charge budgets
- Co-ordinate property forums and agendas
- Assist in service tenders as required
- Produce monthly KPI reports
- Maintain an overview of compliance systems and report regularly on compliance
- Contractor Management
- Understand the principal lease terms of tenant's occupation which affect the facilities management function
- Establish and maintain high quality health and safety standards
- Carry out property inspections and ensure work has been carried out to a high standard

Required Skills:

- At least 5 years in a Commercial Facilities Management or Operational role, within the Real Estate sector
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem solver
- Strong leadership, motivational and presentation skills
- Health & Safety
- Ideally IOSH or NEBOSH Qualified
