Sub Contracts Officer - Construction - Negotiable Package

Working for one of the UK's leading contractors operating both in the UK and Worldwide, they operate across a number of sectors including building, infrastructure, housing and maintenance.

Your new role
You will be responsible for and oversee production of Sub-Contract and Consultant agreements for the Regional business. Alongside this you will be managing a small team of Technical Administrators to prepare, review, issue and manage high quality robust Sub-Contract Agreements to ensure compliance with company Commercial Standards and Authorities.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience preparing Sub-Contract documents, have a good working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts and have relevant experience in a construction environment.

If you are willing to train and develop, work as part of a team and have excellent communication skills this is an excellent opportunity !!
