Macdonald & Company have been instructed by a FTSE 100, Real Estate Investment Trust, who manage, develop and finance a portfolio of largely Retail and Commercial assets across the UK. This role focuses on 2 Office buildings in The West End and will assist the Property & Engineering Manager(s) in the execution and delivery of all services across the assets. You will report into the Senior Property Manager and provide, secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the Property Management Team. 

Responsibilities:

- Support the Property & Engineer Managers in advancing good client relations with appropriate occupier representatives
- Update records of compliance with all operational processes and procedures
- Carry out regular property inspections 
- Undertake regular inspections of works carried out by contractors
- Production of service specifications, contracts and other documentation to properly represent the service requirement
- Manage the computerised building concept PPM/help desk facility
- Check and ensure outstanding tasks have been completed to a high standard
- Generate reports

Requirements:

- Strong administration skills
- Health & Safety / IOSH Qualification (Not essential)
- Budget Management
- Helpdesk system experience
- Basic Microsoft Office/IT skills
