Document Controller

Your new company
Working on construction site for a large town centre building project.

Your new role
To proved the administrative and document controlling function for the site and ensure the smooth running of the correspondence and archives system. You will be liaising with the on site management team, the design team and all relevant sub-contractors and suppliers - identifying, collating and sending documents. You will be responsible for storing and distributing project critical information.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience of a similar role on a construction site, or building company office is essential. Experience will ideally include the following experience -

• Use of 4Projects
• Submitting documents to NHBC / Building Control
• Maintaining accurate records
• Submitting documents for BREEAM
• Maintaining site registers and records
• Organising documents for handover (ie. O & M manual)
