202482 Senior Estimator

The company
An opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join the team of this high profile Tier 1 prestigious main contractor. With a diverse and exciting portfolio of projects, from £5m - £60m, they are looking for a Senior Estimator who has an excellent track record in construction, and enjoys working in a dynamic and successful pre-contract team. You will be working on a portfolio of projects ranging from education to commercial, leisure, healthcare - many of which are flagship developments, contributing exciting buildings for the communities they are located in.

The role
This role of preparing and winning new tenders for the business will require you to manage robust and long-term relationships with clients and internal teams. You will need to assist as well as manage the production of tender documents, attend pre-tender and post tender interviews and provide data as requested. You will have the technical expertise to see commercial and time frame opportunities and to work with a company serious about their responsibilities to clients, communities and the staff who work with them.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have 8 years minimum experience of producing £multi-million tenders and have similar project sector experience. You will have excellent technical construction knowledge, and exemplary commercial decision making and negotiating skills.
