Commercial Manager - Fit out and Build

Permanent Commercial Manager role - Nottinghamshire - Fit out and Build - up to £60k + Package

Your new company
You will be working for an East Midlands based Contractor offering design and build and fit out projects across multiple sectors. You will be joining a growing commercial team as a key leadership figure and help to shape the future of the business. The organisation have a strong pipeline of work and they are seeking a driven and dedicated individual to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
You will be reporting into the Director of the business and overseeing a small commercial team of Surveyors and Estimators. You will have a strong understanding of bid writing, estimating and surveying disciplines in order to drive the business forward. Duties will include; Identify, generate, maintain and manage relationships with key clients. Establishing targets and objectives to deliver company strategy. You will need to manage a commercial pipeline to proactively identify business opportunities and ensure accurate forecasting. The role will also involve seeking out new business opportunities and working collaboratively. The role will involve working on design and build and fit out projects across a range of sectors including Offices, Hotels, Retail Spaces, Leisure Facilities and Private Residential Premises.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will have a strong background in the aforementioned sectors at a senior commercial level. You will have a full UK driving license. As this is a growing company you will have the desire to drive the business forward and pass on your knowledge to more junior members off staff.
