Mechanical Site Manager

Permanent job for a mechanical site manager to work on projects across the North West.

Your new company
This is a building services contractor based in Manchester working on projects across the North West. Their projects vary across commercial, retail, residential and education sector projects. They have secured a steady pipeline of work and are now in a position to recruit a mechanical site manager.

Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for managing sub-contractors on site making sure the projects get delivered within given standard an budget.
On daily basis you will manage the team, deliver H&S talks and monitor the quality of work delivered on site.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be mechanically qualified with a HND/ HNC or apprenticeship with few years post qualification experience. You will have experience managing sub contractors and delivering projects.

What you'll get in return
As well as competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 you will receive a company van with a fuel card, pension contribution and generous holiday allowance.
