Investment Manager - Commercial & Residential Real Estate

MRICS Qualifications - Preferable

This exceptionally unique permanent job opportunity is suitable for an experience Investment Manager with relevant rounded Investment, Acquisition and Asset Management experience within Specific property classes. The requirement is for a qualified investment manager with experience within the senior living or scientific property sectors who can work alongside the Head of Asset Management to undertake detailed financial business operational analysis, provide extensive property due diligence in support of acquisitions and disposals, compile and track investment market activity and deliver on key strategic targets.

What you'll need to succeed

MRICS Qualified & Registered Valuer (Desired not essential)

This role will require a surveyor or investment manager with specific experience of asset management or acquisition of senior living or Science parks across the UK. The successful candidate will have the skills and ability to source and appraise property acquisitions along with analysing and reporting on the corporate / business operational aspect of the business. It's essential that applicants have a strong understanding on how to value assets using various methods including discounted cash flows with the ability to interrogate the number when required.
