You will work for a construction consultancy based in Leicestershire. They have a well established business, and have expanded across the last year to nearly double the size! They offer a relaxed working environment as well as some exciting projects to work on.

Your new role
You will work as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, operating across a number of sectors including healthcare, social housing and commercial. You will work with bids and tenders, contract administration, bills of quantities and some project management.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be MRICS qualified or be happy to work towards it. You will offer client side experience, as well as the ability to manage work from inception to completion.
