The role is suitable for an experience property manager with commercial experience managing industrial, office & retail assets.

This London based independent real estate advisory firm with an office in the West End are seeking to strengthen their commercial property management department due to an increase in workload and clients. This successful business is looking for a qualified MRICS surveyor who holds experience managing multi-tenanted office buildings, high end retail and large industrial assets.

Your new role

Surveyor / Senior Surveyor - MRICS Desirable

This is a permanent job opportunity working as a property management surveyor with majority of assets under management located in central London. The role will require a qualified professional to undertake regular property inspections and prepare reports, manage major lease events, rent collections, manage service charge budgets, tenant applications, sublets, alterations and assist asset managers.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful applicant will hold c.3-5 years relevant commercial management experience, ideally holding an RICS degree and MRICS professional qualifications. This organisation holds their clients in high regards which will require a confident, well organisation professional communicator to build lasting relationships with the landlords & tenants.
