Facilities Assistant Contract Doncaster

Your new company
This role will be based in Doncaster prison supporting the wider FM and Estates team with their projects and reactive works.

Your new role
You will be working in the Facilities team to update systems such as the helpdesk, invoices and PO numbers. You will liaise with contractors, update health and safety databases, complete works requests and keep various prison departments up to date. You will sit in on meetings, taking notes and communicating any key takeaways.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience working within an FM team. This could be on helpdesk, as a Coordinator or an Assistant. You will be comfortable working in a prison environment. You will have excellent admin and IT skills to keep up with the workload. You will have a basic understanding of healthy and safety, ensuring everyone is safe on site.
