Your new role

• To undertake maintenance duties as required to making sure all reports are accurately completed within specific timescales
• To provide a flexible approach to working practices and methods within the Drainage team which could involve undertaking tasks of a basic plumbing and mechanical tasks
• To work a flexible work pattern to give a degree of flexibility to the Area Supervisors planning.
• Ensure SLA's are met to the agreed timeline along with making sure the quality of the works are of a high standard.
• Undertake minor quoted works from initial outset, through installation to completion as required whilst completing all required test certification as directed by the Supervisor
• To assist the help-desk with feedback and updates as required

What you'll need to succeed

• Time served drainage experience along with maintenance / PPM background incorporating fault finding and repair of drainage systems.
• Safe Handling of waste and disposal
• CCTV inspections, recordings / reporting
• Use of Bowser jetting systems
• Spillage control
• Gutter / Gully maintenance and repair
• Plumbing skills
• Hydraulic Design / understanding
• To be a team player
• Basic Electrical Knowledge / safe isolation
• Sound knowledge of understanding and developing safety documentation to ensure site safety procedures are followed at all times
• Customer Liaison skills
• Health and Safety training.
• Confined Space awareness / CP
• Full driving licence

What you'll get in return

Base salary of £34,000 plus overtime company vehicle and fuel card
