Programme Manager – Funding / Bidding

Manchester

This leading construction, property & management consultant has a new, key requirement within the business for an Associate level Programme Manager to work closely with the main board Director to oversee a number of funding rounds throughout the year, working on each round from inception to completion, mostly across the education sector.

While they are a property, construction and management consultancy, this role does not necessarily require construction project management experience, as the role is focused on managing the process for accessing government funding for capital projects.

The primary funding rounds are:

·      The Condition Improvement Fund (CIF)

·      The Further Education Capital Transformation Fund (FECTF)

·      The Public Sector Decarbonisation Programme

·      T Level Capital Fund

·      Other funding streams to be determined

This role is wide reaching across the business and will require someone with very good communication and organisational skills and you can expect to be interfacing will all aspects of the business, both technical disciplines and support functions.

This is a full time, permanent position.
