Exciting building surveyor opportunity in a well-established chartered surveying practice.
Your new company
Our client is a well-established chartered surveying practice who operate nationally. They are multi-disciplinary and specialise in sectors ranging from housing, education and retail.
Your new role
As part of our Hatfield team, you'll be working within a team with a strong track record in social housing and the public sector more broadly.
The successful candidates will need to have a sound knowledge of all building surveying subjects and have lots of enthusiasm and commitment to delighting customers and to working on their own initiative in small teams to tight timescales taking responsibility under supervision.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified building surveyor and have experience in the following:
Contract Administration, AutoCAD skills (proficient), Building Surveys i.e. building pathology (defects), condition surveys (not stock condition)
Dilapidations, party wall, fire risk assessments, Domestic Energy Assessments, CDM 2015 Principal Designer
What you'll get in return
Our client is looking at a salary based on experience in the region of £35k in addition to car allowance/car.
The company also offers benefits such as:
33 days holiday (which includes 8 bank holidays) increasing after 5 and 10 years service.
