Projects include residential blocks, workplace refurbishment, higher education and major mixed-use developments, labs and pharma facilities. Now with two well-established offices they are looking to expand their inhouse design team, with the addition of an experienced electrical design engineer.

Your new role

You will join as a Senior Engineer, leading on the electrical design of projects. Coordinating with your mechanical counterpart, you will report into the associate director and assist in the management of the team. With a small team of more junior engineer you will also be expected to support in the development of the team. You will also look to assist in client management, attending meetings and advising where required.

What you'll need to succeed

You will currently work in a built environment consultancy, at a senior or upper intermediate level, with a keen understanding of electrical engineering. You will have a varied range of project experiences and enjoy working on a variety of building projects. You will have a keen commercial awareness and be able to support growth of the team by identifying future opportunities. You will be driven to progress your career and grow your team. You will have relevant qualifications and accreditations in electrical engineering (CIBSE, IET, etc).
