Your new Assistant Quantity Surveyor job role

A new permanent job opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our client. You will join the team to deliver surveying, maintenance, and planned works across their portfolio.

You will be required to support on all aspects of quantity surveying across the M&E, maintenance and facilities management.

What you'll need to succeed

• You will have Quantity Surveyor experience or similar experience.
• You should have a good understanding of NEC 3 form of Contract.
• You will have knowledge of the options that may be used in Commercial management of Contracts.
• You will have experience of working in a Project Management environment.
• You should have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
