Site Manager

A housing site manager job in the North West paying £50k + package for a private housing developer.

Your new company
You will join a private housing developer who specialise in quality new build housing across the North West. They produce an excellent product and focus on energy efficient properties offering modern developments. Their business is very different to other housing companies across the North and having walked around their sites their product is based on the modern way of living, incorporating open plan living and high spec technology. They are in an excellent position financially and have a healthy land bank. Due to new sites starting summer 21 they are expanding the team and have approached me to appointment site managers to manage developments close to Wigan and Cheshire. It was refreshing to meet a slightly different type of developer in how they operate and the product they produce.

Your new role
You will join the company and take on the management of a new site in either Wigan OR Cheshire. The 2 new sites are long term sites with 200 units over various phases. You will report to their operations director and you will manage health & safety, co-ordinate sub-contractor operations, manage a site team and organise materials. You will also ensure the highest standards are maintained at all times due to the quality of the build.

What you'll need to succeed
You will currently be working as a site manager for a housing developer. You must have a strong housing background and excellent technical knowledge. You will have relevant industry qualifications and will hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS qualification and first aid certificate. This role will allow you to progress through their business as they develop into a larger business over time. Internal promotions to contracts manager will be available.

What you'll get in return
You will be offered a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 plus excellent car package and bonus scheme. You will join a high spec house builder who take pride in their developments. You are guaranteed a strong pipeline of work due to their upcoming sites and will be offered future career opportunities.
