Your new company
An established contractor with decades of reputable trading behind them are looking for an experienced Project or Senior Surveyor to join their commercial team. Based from home, Merseyside based office, and site. The business have several different arms, including new build social and open market housing, which is were this role sits.

Your new role
You will oversee all commercial duties involved in the delivery of new build social housing and open market developments. You will work to budgets, appoint subcontract orders, manage applications for payment, and general contract administration including variations, monthly cost reporting etc.

What you'll need to succeed
You are an experienced Project or Senior Quantity Surveyor with new build residential experience, either in a contractor or developer setting.
