Quantity Surveyor - Assistant or Project QS Level - Groundworks


Your new company
A national groundworks contractor with a group turnover of £100m are set to take on the North West market with the opening of new regional offices and a fantastic pipeline of secured work awarded. This business specialise in the delivery of ground works, roads and sewers for the residential market. The senior management team are looking for an established assistant or project surveyor who are ambitious to progress their career as part of a talented team and secure company set up. This is the ideal time to join the team as they build their foundations as the largest ground works contractor in the North West market.

Your new role
You will, depending on level of experience, join the team to deliver several schemes across the North West market, that will include roads, sewers and drainage packages for new build housing developments. Working on JCT and bespoke contracts, you will take responsibility for take offs, applications for payment, variations and cost reporting.

What you'll need to succeed
You are already an established Assistant or Project QS, and have some form of civil engineering/ ground works experience already.

What you'll get in return
