Assistant Civil Engineering Design Co-ordinator job in Leicestershire.

This means that they are needing to grow their team to ensure each project is managed and completed to a high level.

Your new role
You will instruct and direct external consultants for the production of S38, S104 and S278 and you will be required to co-ordinate technical information and produce drawings for various stake holders in order to achieve Company objectives. You will produce, manage and issue quality conveyance plans and your main duties will include:

  • Manage Company's Conveyancing Plans and Procedures
  • Produce Company's internal Technical and Legal Drawings (AutoCAD).
  • Co-ordinate Engineering Consultants
  • Infrastructure Plan: Combine S38, S104, S278, Private Drainage & Externals and more into 1 drawing.
  • Issuing technical info, organizing briefs, review of technical plans, liaise with local authorities etc.
  • Engineering Departments Filing (physical and server), Invoice/Expenditure Tracking & General Admin.


What you'll need to succeed
You are a Civil Engineering graduate or you hold an HND/HNC in Civil Engineering and you must have at least 1-2 years experience working on designs for residential development infrastructure and using Autocad. You have the ability to review and analyse actions that impact the "bigger picture". You are an organised individual and can manage a structured work flow. You work with creativity, open-mindedness and are always thinking "outside the box". You enjoy problem solving, exploring options and finding the best solutions. You can demonstrate self-belief, self-motivated and confidence.
