Residential Site Manager

12 Month Freelance Opportunity
Your new company
New Build Residential Site Manager required to start on a project in Colchester at the beginning of June. You will be working for a reputable house builder that are looking for grow throughout 2021
Your new role
Exciting opportunity to join an established company as the number one site manager. You will be in charge off around 100-150 new build homes. Reporting directly into the Construction Manager and responsible for all management on site.
You will need to show strong leadership on site and be hands on. The ideal candidate will come from a trade background and hold a valid CPCS or Npors Forklift Ticket.
You must have previous residential background experience and a strong track record in finishing plots to completion and handover
What you'll need to succeed
- SMSTS
- Health & Safety Certificate
- Forklift License (CPCS or NPORS)
- Residential experience 5+ Years
