Permanent Site Manager role, Derbyshire based contractor but site Nottinghamshire, Bespoke Housing new build
Your new company
You will be working for a house builder who have an East Midlands presence. The organisation have a reputation for excellent customer service and producing works of the highest of standard. They organisation are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their ranks on a permanent basis.
Your new role
The position will involve working on sites around the Nottingham and Derbyshire area on private and social housing developments. The position will be overseeing the general build quality on site, completing health and safety inductions, management of trades and subcontractors. You will be customer facing and have an eye for detail.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate a strong permanent history of employment with longevity throughout. You will also have experience as a Site Manager for a PLC residential developer, or bespoke housing company. Qualifications required include; SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Qualifications.
