Leading Edinburgh Based Contractor Seeks Site Manager for interesting and challenging project.

Our client are a leading Edinburgh based contractor who having been established for over 100 years are actively looking for a Site Manager to deliver an interesting and challenging residential project on the outskirts of Edinburgh.


Your new role
This role is a contract position on building project which has a duration of up to 8 months. This is complex refurbishment of an existing building and requires a site manager with a keen eye for detail. There is both a structural and fitout element to this project so good allround construction is required. As site manager you will be reporting to your contracts manager/project manager and responsible for driving your team of experienced subcontractors to hit programme and quality requirements.


What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be from a trade background with a deep understanding of building refurbishment and fitout. An in date SMSTS and first aid course is essential along with positive and recent references from existing employers.
