Your new company
An Architectural practiced based in the Leeds suburbs require a Job Running Architectural Technologist to join their team. Being based out of the city centre means there is free parking at the office and nearby while still being able to be in the city centre in a short period of time. Your new practice work within all aspects of the residential sector from high-rise to high volume.

Your new role
Your new role will be to lead your own projects as well as supporting other teams and colleagues with projects as required. You will be expected to produce tender and construction drawings as well as lead site meetings and manage client expectations around the projects.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering projects for your clients. Being based in the residential sector previous experience in this sector is advantageous but not essential. Revit is the main software used so an understanding of it is essential, live project experience is desired.

What you'll get in return
In return you will get a salary of up to £40,000 DOE as well as competitive yearly bonus based on company performance. Holiday is 25 days + bank holidays.
