Lettings Negotiator

Permanent position for a lettings negotiator working for an estate agency in North Manchester.

Your new company
A market leading estate agency with 5 branches across the North West, currently setting up a new office in South Manchester. They have been present in the industry for over 10 years now and are looking to grow further.

Your new role
This role is based out of the North Manchester branch. In this role you will work closely with tenants and landlords, taking enquiry calls, showing tenants around the properties, negotiation on lettings offers and signing the contracts. Your role will also involve taking references and arranging move in dates.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have previous experience working in a lettings negotiator role. If you are looking for an opportunity where there is no glass ceiling and you can progress your career, then this is it!
As you will be showing potential tenants around the properties, a DL is required for this role.
