Main contractor is looking for a Senior Project Manager for Liverpool to work on local projects

Your new role

• Leading multiple Healthcare projects
• Projects valued £50m as a portfolio
• Ensure works are delivered on time, to budget, and to relevant H&S standards
• Works are a combination of new build extensions as well as fit-out and refurbishment of existing buildings

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience as a project manager of running projects in the value range of c.£30m
• Healthcare experience would be advantageous
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills
• Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
