Senior Site manager - New build housing

Your new company
A rare opportunity to join a rapidly expanding Housebuilder on a large new project on the Kent Coast, With 5 other sites due on site inn Kent this year this is the first of many similar developments. Heavily backed and with a strong landbank this i sa great opportunity to join a well run and well respected business at a perfect stage. The new project is a 100 unit timber frame scheme built to a very high standard and using innovative technologies. The project is due on site imminently and requires an experienced senior site manager to mange the scheme from site set up onwards.

Your new role
You will be no.1 on site reporting to a regional CM, you will be directly responsible for delivery, quality and costs (via a qs) you will oversee procurement, short term programming, sub contract management and co-ordination with a view to ensuring a smooth running project. The site has a generous program with the focus on quality rather than speed. The units are 2 / 3 and 4 bed detached houses.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Site manager or senior site manager with a strong house building background, ideally with a volume developer or large housebuilding contractor, You will have delivered award winning sites previously and be comfortable managing a site from cradle to grave, you will be fully it literate and upto date with current regulations and construction methods. The role is Kent based and permanent only, an April start is anticipated.
