I'm please to be working with a leading global real estate advisory firm who are looking for a senior surveyor / associate to join their commercial property management team as a General Practice Surveyor.

Your new company

This independent global real estate consultancy has seen dramatic changes to their organisation over the past couple of years which have allowed them to progress as one of the largest consultancies nationally. This professional business is seeking to strengthen their property management & asset management team where they have a collection of valuable clients who rely on their commercial expertise. This opportunity is initially for a 12month FTC, with the potential for a permanent opportunity whilst in contract.

Your new role

12 Month FTC - Senior Surveyor / Associate (Property Management / General Practice Surveyor)

This forward-thinking modern company is looking for a qualified MRICS professional surveyor who has a proven track record of managing commercial assets / portfolios. This is a general practice surveying role that will require the successful applicant to demonstrate property management, asset management, service charge and landlord & tenant knowledge.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful applicant will ideally be MRICS qualified with 3+ years industry experience, you will have the ability to work independently with clients, report to an executive level, manage your own caseload of instructions across the London region for a major UK Landlord.

What you'll get in return

This leading organisation can offer a brilliant employment benefits package along with a competitive salary of c.£45,000 - £55,000 + Bonus.
