Interim Quantity Surveyor

Your new company

• Multi-market contractor who has won work in Manchester to refit and refurbish residential apartment blocks that contact combustible cladding

Your new role

• Working on internal and external residential works
• Project is being run in stages to take account of current residents and their relocation
• Internal refit and refurbishment with walls being removed, remediated, and replaced
• External cladding work to remove and replace combustible materials
• Project is due to last two years

What you'll need to succeed

• Experienced quantity surveyor used to working on complex projects
• Social housing, refurbishment, or fit-out experience is desirable
• Dealing with a live site and current residents would be advantageous

• Daily rate of £250-350 per day dependent on experience
• Long term contract
