Quality Assurance Manager
12 week rolling contract
Immediate start available working within Local Authority Housing Teams
- Experience of working in Local Government essential
- Co-ordinate correspondences from tenants, leaseholders, Members, MP's, and the Ombudsman to ensure targets laid down through policy and procedure are met. This involves logging, allocating complaints and enquiries, responding, where appropriate both verbally and in writing.
- Provides guidance and support to other employees and teams in delivering excellence in complaint handling.
- To be responsible for the management and collation of performance reporting on complaints and satisfaction performance indicators across all Property Services (Housing) teams
