Permanent opportunity for sales and lettings negotiator to cover Salford and Cheadle Hulme.

Your new company
A market leading estate agency with 5 branches across the North West, currently setting up a new office in South Manchester. They have been present in the industry for over 10 years now and are looking to grow further.

Your new role
This role can be either based out of the new South Manchester office or the existing office in Salford. In this role you will have a chance to work closely with tenants and buyers, taking enquiry calls, showing them around the properties, negotiation on sales and lettings offers and signing the contracts.

What you'll need to succeed
If you have previous experience working with sales and lettings and you are looking to work for a great team with a local knowledge and wish to further progress your career then this is the role for you.
As you will be driving around for property viewings driving licence is essential.
