Permanent Project QS job for a leading fit out company who have won a large project in Manchester - 55k+

Your new company
You will be joining a leading fit out company who have recently won a large project around cladding. This current scheme is worth about £20m on its own and should last around 2.5 years.

Your new role
As the Project Quantity Surveyor you will be required to manage all costs and contracts for this scheme in Manchester, as well as future projects. You will make sure all projects are kept within budget and help support with any future bids moving forwards. For this particular scheme you will be removing tenants and putting them in temporary accommodation whilst insulation is replaced in partition walls.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of fit-out projects. You will have experience of residential and commercial projects and be a strong communicator.
