Permanent job for a Project Manager or Building Surveyor with project delivery experience.
Your new company
Working with one of the larger housing associations in Manchester in their assets and contracts delivery team. You will be reporting directly into the manager and liaise directly with the tenants of the properties.
Your new role
This role is to deliver planned, cyclical and improvement work to the housing stock. Your role will be to make sure the work gets delivered on time, within budget and that all the documentation and reports are produced for the work that is being done. On daily basis you will attend progress and site meetings to make sure that the work is being delivered as planned.
What you'll need to succeed
If you have worked as a building surveyor and delivered projects and you are looking for the next step in your career this could be it. You will need previous experience of delivering planned works including specification, tenders and pricing. As you will be looking after housing stock across Manchester you will have a driving licence and access to a car.
