Your new company
You will be working for a professionally accredited firm of building consultants, a 'Building Top 150' consultancy offering a multidisciplinary, integrated, and fully coordinated professional service. Joining will give you an opportunity to work across a wide range of clients, including large public sector agencies, and within social housing.

Your new role
As a Graduate Building Surveyor you will have an opportunity to take ownership of building projects valued between £500K and £2million, mainly refurbishments, building alterations and other improvements. Your role won't stop there, you'll also take a lead in a range of other responsibilities including client management, design and build administration, preparation of tender packages, making the most of industry leading training and support throughout. You'll also have dedicated time for your APC study, and a clear, defined route to achieving qualification.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you'll need to have recently graduated with a degree in building surveying or equivalent.

Professional membership fees are covered once you become qualified, and your basic salary will also rise at this stage. You'll receive up to 27 days per year annual leave.
