Senior Chartered Project Surveyor

A large property consultancy looking for a chartered building surveyor with project delivery experience.

Your new company
This is a large property consultancy with offices across England. They have recently secured a large pipeline of healthcare projects and as such are now in a position to recruit a chartered building surveyor with project delivery experience.

Your new role
You will be seconded to work on NHS projects in Manchester, these can be as small as a roof/ window replacement to larger more complex projects such as refurbishment, changing and diverting water supply. In this role you will be working both on site and from home on projects from start to finish.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an MRICS chartered surveyor with experience delivering project work. As this is purely work for the NHS, previous experience working on healthcare projects is essential.

What you'll get in return
On offer is a salary of £40,000 plus a car allowance. This is a flexible role where you will work on a rotating pattern 2 days on site 3 from home and then 3 days on site and 2 working from home. This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking for secure, stable position.
