Your new role

Property Manager - Retail

This is a retail focused property management role that can offer a "best in class service" to help drive the performance of some key assets within the portfolio. The successful applicant will be supporting the asset managers and leasing managers to assist on rental collections and arrears targets, promote cost savings targets, identify opportunities to deduce void costs, review all tenant applications, provide technical property management support, managing key lease events and service charge budgets. This role is managing retail assets and tenants therefore customer service, tenant interaction and reporting is fundamental to the success of this role.

What you'll need to succeed

MRICS Qualification - Essential

A proven track record of managing commercial properties within a private sector environment, the successful candidate will hold experience in tenant management, landlord & tenant, health & safety, service charges and technical property & asset management. The successful applicant will have the ability to work in a team environment contributing to common goals and asset business plans.
