Permanent Contracts Manager role, Derbyshire contractor, Residential and Commercial woks, Salary Negotiable
Your new company
You will be working for a regional civils and build contractor that operate across Commercial, Residential and Utilities. The company have experienced continued growth they are seeking an experienced permanent Contracts Manager to join their operational management team.
Your new role
You will be overseeing a mixture of Commercial and Residential construction projects across the region. You will be response for the design review and overall supervision of multiple projects simultaneously. You will oversee Site Management staff and lead projects to completion within deadlines. You will be responsible for ensuring Health and Safety on site is at the highest of standards. The role will require the successful candidate to take a hands on approach to leading the operational team and ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in the role you will have strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will have a HND qualification or above in a Construction related discipline. You will have a proven track record in delivering projects in the House Building, Industrial and Education sectors. You will hold industry awards to demonstrate your technical abilities. You will have JCT & NEC3 contract knowledge and MS Project experience.
