Combustion Engineer Static Sites across London and surrounding Counties £39,000 + Pension
Your new company
My client is a Government organisation who look after a multi-site estate across the UK..
The Facilities Management team services areas include cleaning, reactive maintenance, landscaping and planned building repair work to the estate.
Your new role
As a Combustion Engineer you will work alongside a team of multi-disciplined engineers to ensure all planned & reactive maintenance services are delivered across the estate.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified and have maintenance experience of working within the built environment. You will need strong communication skills and have the ability to work within a team or on your own always ensuring a high level of service delivery is maintained.
Qualifications
Plumber qualified to C&G 6035 (Plumbing), C&G 6189 (Plumbing and heating) and NVQ level 3
in Plumbing or equivalent.
CCN1 - Core domestic gas safety and relevant domestic appliance units
COCN1 - Core commercial gas safety certificate and relevant commercial units (Desirable)
Must be familiar with and able to work to Water Supply Regulation and Control of Legionella
L8 requirements
