Intermediate -Senior Project Manager, QS background for a Construction consultancy with excellent projects

You will be working for a very well respected Construction consultancy, cost and building consultancy who

Your new role

You will be working within a large team of approx 40 people overall, depending on the level you will join, which ideally would be at Intermediate or Senior, then the role will depend but the current projects are predominantly within large scale residential developments, large industrial projects and complex datacentre projects.

You role will be to act as employers agent, oversee projects from a cost and delivery angle for the clients you are representing. You will need to have strong quantity surveying skills, attention to detail, ability to work autonomous on projects.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have worked within private sector construction consultancy , ideally have employers agent experience, and have a quantity surveying degree ideally or project management qualifications. 5-6 years experience for intermediate, up to senior level.
