Your new company
Our client is a well known, large organisation in Nottingham.
They have a vacancy for a freelance construction manager - to lead several of their refurbishment projects in the local Nottingham area.
The specialise in the refurbishment of social housing and public buildings.

Your new role
You will act as the contracts manager, responsible for several projects, running at the same time .
Projects range in value from £500K to £2.5 million.
These are a combination of social housing apartment refurbs and public buildings.

You will have responsibility for ensuring the projects run to budget, on programme at confirm with H&S.
You will manage a direct workforce of site managers, and direct labour.
You will report to the construction director

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong track record working in this sector- on refurbishment schemes.
You will have a hands on construction background - trade background desirable.
Experience managing a directly employed labour is desirable but not essential
Experience managing multiple projects of value between £500K to £2.5million is essential.
