APC level Building Surveyor opportunity with a leading consultancy
Your new company
Excellent opportunity to join a reputable property consultancy who provide multiple services to clients including planning, design, project management and asset management. You will work in the successful and high performing Building Surveying team and will benefit from working alongside experienced chartered surveyors on a variety of projects.
Your new role
As part of the role you will receive full APC support and will benefit from excellent in-house training including delivery from those who have recently gained chartered status within the business. You will be involved with a variety of duties including project management and professional duties such as dilapidations and schedules of condition. This all round-role will provide excellent training in order for you to complete your APC assessment.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you must have an RICS accredited Building Surveying degree and have commenced your APC. Experience working with commercial projects is preferred, although not essential.
