In spite of the pandemic, this business continued to thrive and continued to hire engineers to keep up with their increasing workload throughout the course of last year, and their workload continues to flourish in 2021. With a solid pipeline of varied and secure work, they are now looking to make a senior appointment to their team and will make a very lucrative offer with excellent benefits to the right individual.


Your new role
In your new role you will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of sectors as part of a multi-professional team, delivering a number of projects predominantly within the building structures environment. Reporting to the Structural Associate, you will be responsible for the design of a range of developments from concept design to completion. You will be given the opportunity to fully run your own projects, thus fast tracking your progression as an Engineer. In this role, you will also liaise directly with clients and represent the organisation at various meetings, so it is important that you have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or similar and be an ambitious individual looking to grow their career in a flourishing consultancy.. Excellent communication skills are vital, both written and verbal, for developing relations within the team and externally with clients. Particular experience of design within the built structures environment is essential.

What you'll get in return
You will get a very competitive salary between £35000 and £42000. However, this can be negotiated depending on your experience and skill-set.
