Building Surveyor – Leeds

Leading construction and property advisor is seeking an MRICS Building Surveyor in Leeds or Sheffield to work across a range of sectors including commercial, residential, education, sports & stadia and retail.

Degree qualified and MRICS with a year or two PQE you will have some experience of a wide range of services including project management; contract administration; design & specification writing; pre-acquisition surveys; quadrennial surveys on listed buildings; PPM and asset condition schedules; defects diagnosis; dilapidations etc. CDM / Health & Safety experience or training is desirable as is a good understanding of JCT Contracts.
