Freelance Site Manager EWI contract in Coventry 1 year contract!

Your new company
Our client is a leading social housing contractor. They have just won a new External Wall insulation contract in Coventry
They work on both social and private housing.

Your new role
As the site manager, you will run a stream of properties, managing the sub contractor installing rendering on the busy EWI contract.
You will monitor Health and Safety and the programme of works.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience managing External Wall Insulation contracts previously.
SMSTS
First Aid
CSCS
EWI experience working for the main contractor.
